UI Designer (m/w/d) - Remote

Your mission

In this exciting role, you will create an impact that really makes sense.

You are part of our Product and Development team and you will take over the ownership over UI design decisions of our B2B SaaS products while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
You will play an important role in providing our users with an improved user experience and added value and thus have a direct impact on the implementation of positive measures.

In all of this, you will grow with our fast-growing team and constantly develop yourself further.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

You will own and enhance the UI design of our B2B SaaS products, ensuring compliance alongside an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface.
You are responsible for designing high-fidelity UI components, layouts, and interactive elements based on product requirements.
You will maintain and refine our Figma design system, ensuring alignment with brand and usability guidelines.
You collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs.
You are responsible for conducting UI audits to identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
You will develop and present design mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows for new features and product enhancements.
You will conduct research on the competitive landscape, UI trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and usability.

Your profile

You will fit in particularly well with our Product and Development team if you have a passion for sustainability and you are characterized by creativity, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

What you need to suceed:

You already have at least more than 5 years of experience in UI design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
You have strong expertise in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens, and prototyping.
You have a solid understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and UI best practices.
You are able to translate complex UX concepts into clear, functional UI designs.
You are already experienced in working in agile, cross-functional teams with developers and product managers.
You are able to present a portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work and design system contributions.
You are characterized by strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
You have a permanent residency in Germany.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Du bist Teil unseres Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams und übernimmst die Verantwortung für UI-Design-Entscheidungen unserer B2B-SaaS-Produkte, wobei du die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer, die Geschäftsziele und die technische Machbarkeit in Einklang bringst.
Du spielst eine wichtige Rolle, wenn es darum geht, unseren Nutzern ein verbessertes Nutzererlebnis und einen Mehrwert zu bieten, und hast somit direkten Einfluss auf die Umsetzung positiver Maßnahmen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt:

Du bist für das UI-Design unserer B2B-SaaS-Produkte verantwortlich. Dabei entwickelst du unser Design nicht nur weiter, sondern stellst auch neben der Einhaltung aller Richtlinien auch ein intuitives und ästhetisch ansprechendes Interface sicher.
Du bist verantwortlich für das Design von High-Fidelity-UI-Komponenten, Layouts und interaktiven Elementen auf der Grundlage von Produktanforderungen.
Du pflegst und optimierst unser Figma-Designsystem und stellst die Übereinstimmung mit den Marken- und Usability-Richtlinien sicher.
Du arbeitest eng mit Front-End-Entwicklern zusammen, um eine pixelgenaue Umsetzung der UI-Designs sicherzustellen.
Du bist für die Durchführung von UI-Audits verantwortlich, um Abweichungen oder verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu identifizieren.
Du entwickelst und präsentierst Design Mockups, interaktive Prototypen und User Flows für neue Funktionen und Produktverbesserungen.
Du recherchierst die Wettbewerbslandschaft, UI-Trends und Best Practices, um die Designqualität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Du wirst besonders gut in unser Produkt- und Entwicklungsteam passen, wenn du dich, neben einer Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, durch Kreativität, analytisches Denken und Liebe zum Detail auszeichnest.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du hast bereits mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im UI-Design, idealerweise in einer B2B SaaS- oder Unternehmenssoftware-Umgebung.
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Figma, einschließlich Komponentenbibliotheken, Design Tokens und Prototyping.
Du hast ein solides Verständnis von Designsystemen, Zugänglichkeit (WCAG) und UI Best Practices.
Du bist in der Lage, komplexe UX-Konzepte in klare, funktionale UI-Designs zu übersetzen.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in agilen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams mit Entwicklern und Produktmanagern.

Du hast einen festen Wohnsitz in Deutschland.
Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch.
