Your mission
In this exciting role as a Product Manager you create an impact that really makes a difference!
You work in a cross-functional team and are responsible to drive the product in accordance to new requirements and our company vision and goals. This way you directly contribute to the implementation of positive change and scaling of our core business.
In all of this, you will grow with VERSO and constantly develop both our Product team as well as yourself.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:- Together with the Product Team, you drive the product vision, gather new requirements and further develop our platforms and/or implement new features.
- In a cross-functional team, you are responsible for product discovery and thus for conducting user research and deriving a prioritized product roadmap.
- You are responsible for the management of internal as well as external stakeholders.
- You will create user stories/epics and manage the backlog.
- You will work closely with the Dev Team, Product Design, Subject Matter Experts, Sales and our Customer Success Team.
Your profile
You'll fit in particularly well with our Product Team if, in addition to a passion for sustainability, you also bring a great deal of openness and motivation to continuously improve our products and features.
What you need to succeed:- You have 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban are your natural habitat.
- You have already carried out user research independently and product discovery is no stranger to you.
- You would like to further expand the product area at VERSO.
- You thrive in a dynamic work environment and have already experienced a scale-up phase within an organisation.
- If you have experience in the ESG / sustainability sector and/or in SaaS environment it's a great plus.
- You are able to switch between working independently and self-responsibly on projects and close collaboration with your team.
- You have fluent English skills (spoken & written) - German language skills is a plus.
- You have a permanent residency in Germany.
